There are many things that go on in the world. Lots of negativity and things that we don’t think about what people or societies various cultures are going through.
It seems mental health has becoming more popular topic recently and awareness’s have been coming into the spotlight. Mental health is important for everyone and shouldn’t be taken lightly. At some point, we will have an off day and that’s fine. But, what if it goes on for long periods of time and doesn’t seem to go away? Well, then, that’s when people should take care of themselves and people should start to care about those around them. People react in all shapes and forms. Some may act like their typical selves with slight change but maybe hard to pick up on their clues while others may start to withdraw, personality/attitude changes, start bodily harm, and etc. It’s sad to see someone go through negativity. How does one help those around those who are going through negativities. A couple examples on how to help those around you can always to talk to them about what is bothering them, do some favorite things with them, and/or help provide or find support system for them, if need be.
Another thing is that times are changing and during that change, so will the people. Yea, life happens with everyone and sometimes we lose track of people and things around us which can be a blend of mixed feelings. But, it is important to always check up on people, family, long-time friends and acquaintances, and other people that may have an impact on your life.
It’s never a good thing to leave none behind. If a person is left behind then it may lead to a mystery on how that person changed and what got them to the point to where they are at. It could make them feel isolated and/or alienated from those around them and confused to get back into their previous life that they are used to. So, don’t leave anyone behind and accept and be around them to make their lives better.
